Larry Pollard Death, Celebrating The Life And Legacy

 Mr. Larry Thomas Pollard, a much-loved member of the Carrollton community, passed away in a calm and dignified manner on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the age of 82. The town is in mourning over his departure.

Larry Pollard was the son of Hubert Monroe Pollard and Sarah Catherine Crawford Pollard, both of whom passed away during his lifetime. He was born on December 23, 1941 in Carroll County, Georgia.

The unshakable dedication that Larry had for his family, his community, and his education was the defining characteristic of his life. He had a strong work ethic and an enthusiasm for learning, both of which would continue to impact his journey through life.

He was a proud graduate of Carrollton High School, graduating with the class of 1960. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Larry was a respected member of the Carrollton community.

He was well-known for his generosity, friendliness, and commitment to contributing to the betterment of others. His friendly smile and gentle manner endeared him to everyone who had the luxury of knowing him.

People in the Carrollton community are coming together to express their sorrow over the passing of Larry Thomas Pollard, and they are doing it with heavy hearts and a profound feeling of loss.
