Cristina Torres Obituary, A Life Filled With Love, Dedication, And Joy

Cristina Del Rio Torres, a respected member of the Bowie, Texas community, died away on Friday, April 5th, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas.  Her loved ones, friends, and anybody else who had the honor of knowing her will miss her presence in a profound way.

Cristina Del Rio was the daughter of Maria Herlinda Del Rio and Juan Montoya Del Rio. Cristina felt that spending time with her family and friends was a source of happiness that she enjoyed outside of her professional life.

Her enthusiasm for music was profound, and she frequently delighted in singing her favorite songs to others who were in her immediate vicinity.

Cristina’s warmth and love filled the hearts of everyone who knew her, whether she was organizing events with loved ones or simply enjoying peaceful times with her husband, Antonio, and their children, Javier and Sofia. Her love and warmth had a profound impact on everyone who knew her.

Her legacy of love, decency, and dedication will continue to inspire those who had the good fortune to know her. It will also serve as a reminder of the immense impact that a single person can have on the lives of other people.

Following the funeral services, interment will take place at the Montague Catholic Cemetery. I pray that Cristina’s family is able to find consolation in the love and support of their community during this time of loss.
