The news of his sudden death reached us today in Augusta, where he had devotedly served as pastor of St. Teresa of Avila parish in Grovetown, which is located just west of Augusta. Details regarding the funeral have not been finalized yet.

His spirit will be led by the angels to paradise forever. The abrupt departure of Fr. Mike Ingram has created an immense hole in our hearts and in the community he so passionately served. For everyone who knew him, his sudden death has been a source of profound sadness, anger, and loss. His incalculable influence on our lives and the lives of innumerable others is a constant companion as we try to make sense of his departure.
