Josh W. Miller, a much-loved Bellevue resident, passed away suddenly at the age of 47. Our hearts go out to his family and friends at this difficult time. Death came suddenly to him on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at Dubuque’s MercyOne Hospital.
The Bellevue community, Josh’s loved ones, and his friends and family are all grieving the loss of Josh. Everyone who knew and loved him is shocked and saddened by his unexpected death.
Josh, who was born into a world full of possibilities, pursued his life’s work with all his heart. His 47 years were filled with joy, generosity, and an infectious enthusiasm for life that impacted countless people. Josh played a vital role in Bellevue life as a resident.
His amiability, generosity, and steadfast devotion to his loved ones made him famous. Josh touched the lives of everyone he met in a profound way, whether it was through his participation in community events, his commitment to his job, or his willingness to help his neighbors when they were down.
Those lucky enough to have crossed paths with Josh will always be reminded of his legacy of kindness and compassion, which he leaves behind in his death. Although his physical form is no longer with us, the people who were closest to him will carry his memory and love with them always.
