Donna Lee Jackson Obituary, The Robbinsville, North Carolina Community And Family Mourns The Sad Loss

On March 28, 2024, Donna Lee Jackson, 55, of Robbinsville, North Carolina, passed away at Cherokee Indian Hospital in Cherokee, North Carolina. Donna Jackson was the beloved daughter of the late Clarence and Betty Smoker Jackson. She was born in Graham County on March 21, 1969.

Cherished by many people

Her son Tavok Jackson of Robbinsville, North Carolina, and her daughters Ansley and Tacey Jackson will always cherish her memory. She was also Jaelyn Betty Jackson’s devoted grandmother. Donna is survived by her brother, Clarence Jackson Jr. of Robbinsville, NC; sisters, Jeannie Jackson Welch of Robbinsville, NC; Michelle Jackson Stamper (Eddie) of Cherokee, NC; and Mary Jackson Pilkington (Dennis) of Fontana Dam, NC. Her brother-in-law Leland Welch, sister Wanda Jackson Blythe, and niece Sydney Jackson all passed away before her. Donna also leaves behind a large number of nieces and nephews that she loved.

Final Farewell

On Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 1:00 pm, Little Snowbird Baptist Church will host funeral services honoring Donna’s life. Reverend Jim Teasdale will preside. Donna will be buried at the Jackson Family Cemetery after the service. Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects at the church from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm prior to the service. Family members and friends will be selected as pallbearers, and they will all be honored to accompany Donna on her last journey.

A Loving Tribute

Donna’s generosity, empathy, and steadfast love for her family will live on in her memory. Her gentle spirit and caring heart touched countless lives, leaving a lasting legacy. Even though Donna is no longer with us, her memory will always be a bright light, bringing comfort and love even on our darkest days.

Gratitude

Let’s cherish the priceless memories we had with Donna Lee Jackson as we say our goodbyes to her. May her memory bring consolation and comfort to everyone who knew and loved her, and may her soul find eternal peace. Even if Donna is no longer physically present, she will always have a special place in our hearts and will be watching over us from above as a beloved guardian angel.
