At approximately 9:43 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, March 26, 2024, Batavia Police Officers received a distress call regarding a single vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Fabyan Parkway and Route 31.
According to the initial reports, the vehicle that was engaged caused a collision with a tree after it had drifted off the road. Emergency personnel were quickly dispatched, and upon their arrival, they discovered a single person trapped inside the vehicle.

Fabyan Parkway, close to Route 31, when it suddenly veered off the roadway and ended up colliding with a tree.
