Heather Keilen Car Accident, One Dead In A Tragic Car Crash – Encinitas, California

In a tragic turn of events, Heather Keilen, who was originally from Encinitas, California, passed away on Sunday as a result of a vehicle accident that she was responsible for. When it comes down to it, it is repulsive. It is imperative that you are aware of the fact that RJ, our father, was the most perfect husband a woman could have ever imagined to have in her life.

We are able to assert with full confidence that we were the most polite and best children that she could have ever had the pleasure of having. We were all filled with a profound affection for her. From every conceivable perspective, I could think of her as my sister. As a result of our time spent together over the course of the previous three years, we have experienced a great deal of happiness. Heather was a shining example of charitable giving at its greatest level.
