Unfortunately, we must inform you that Cathy Hyman (Midnight) has passed away. Our hearts are filled with sorrow. Since the very beginning, Cathy had been a long-time fan of The Tribe, and she continued to be a devoted and loyal member of the fanbase throughout her entire life.
At the same time, however, they were a wonderful friend to a huge number of our Tribal brothers and sisters.
Knowing that the series brought so many people from different parts of the world together ultimately resulted in friendships that will last a lifetime and are really close. But it is even more meaningful to know that special people like Cathy touched so many people in their life and within our fandom with their one-of-a-kind perspective on the world and their distinctive traits as a friend to so many people when they were a kindred spirit. RIP It’s Cathy. As well as my sympathies to everyone of my family and friends.
Her previous name was Cathy Pusey, and she had been working by Louisville Oncology for the past few years. Prior to that, she had been employed by Spectra-Care for more than 15 years. The St. Athanasius Catholic Church and the Kentucky Nurses Association were both organizations that Cathy was a member of.
Additionally, she had a history of attending St. Edward Catholic Church as a member. Her parents, Jack and Tilly Pusey, as well as her twin granddaughters, Hope and Faith Collins, passed away before she did.
Surviving members of her family include her husband of forty years, Jeff A. Hyman; her daughters, Rachel Wethington (and her husband Todd), and Jill Collins (and her husband David); her son, Jeffrey Hyman (and his wife Holly); her grandchildren, Bailey, Britton, Reece, Landon, Audrey, and Emma; her brothers, James N. Pusey (and his wife Marian) and Paul E. Pusey (and his wife Barbara); her half sister, Chloe Pusey, and a half brother, Scott Pusey.
