In an unexpected turn of events, Michael (Mike) Keith Powell, who was 65 years old and from Connersville, passed suddenly at his residence on the 17th of March, 2024. The seventeenth of March was the day he passed away. Michael was born on January 31st, 1959 in the town of Connersville, which is situated in the state of Indiana. His birthplace was the United States of America. At the time of their deaths, Benard Powell and Dorothy Higgs Powell were the parents of a total of six children. Unfortunately, both of them have since died away. One of those children was going to be him.
Before graduating from Connersville High School, Mike obtained his diploma in 1977. This was the year that he graduated.
He submitted his application to join the Navy when he was still a young soldier while he was still available. In his hometown, Mike served as a member of the Amvets for a considerable amount of time, and he continues to serve in that role into the present day. A total of fifteen years were spent by Mike as an employee of Ford Visteon, during which time he worked for the corporation. The activities that Mike enjoyed doing in his spare time were fishing, hunting, and camping. However, spending time with his family was just as much fun for him.
He also took pleasure in spending time with his close companions. Additionally, he took great pleasure in the presence of his closest friends and family members. His children, including his daughters Chelsie Powell (who is married to Cody Rose) and Mary Deal (who is married to David), as well as his sons Josh Powell and Donnie Cameron, will always remember his love and the memories he left behind.
His children will also remember the memories he left behind. His grandchildren Destiny (Jacob) Hamilton, Aley Parrish, Dylan Cameron, Kenzie Powell, Neveah Dupree, Gracie Epperson, Abbey Richmond, Nic Epperson, Kinlee Revalee, Aurora Ash, Christopher Revalee, Letty J Deal, Oaklynn Rose, and his great-granddaughters Athena Claywell and Royalty Dupree will always remember him.
For the rest of their lives, they will be able to carry his legacy into the future with them. His sisters, Kathy and Vicky Hunt, as well as a big number of nieces and nephews, as well as his companion, Brandi Glover, will mourn him a great deal following his passing.
Additionally, his companion will miss him very much upon his passing. Before he passed away, all of his children, including a son named Jacob Powell and a daughter named Ashley Powell, as well as his nephews, Rusty and Jimmy Powell, had already accomplished their lives. People were honored by the naming of his children. To make matters even worse, his parents were among the ones who had already passed away before he took his own life.
Judith Powell, his sister, as well as his siblings Larry Powell and Joe Powell had already passed away before to his dying. In addition, he was the last surviving member of his family. Moreover, his siblings have passed away before him during his lifetime. An event commemorating Mike’s life will take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, beginning at six o’clock in the evening.
The service will be performed in his honor. Friends and family members who are particularly close to the deceased are warmly welcome to join the gathering, which will take place at the Urban Winkler Funeral Home, which is located at 513 W 8th Street in Connersville, Indiana 47331. There will be a get-together that will take place between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the stated date. One of the privileges that Urban Winkler enjoys is the fact that he is in a position to provide assistance to the family.
