Sidney Capolino Obituary, Death, 3 Student Dead In SW Miami-Dade Murder-Suicide, Gunman Identified

A citizen of West Miami-Dade County traveled two kilometers to the apartment of his girlfriend, where he allegedly murdered both his fiancée and her roommate before taking his own life, according to the police. A triple tragedy occurred on Saturday night at the Windsor Ludlam Trail Apartments, which are located at 7004 SW 40th Street, approximately a mile and a half west of Coral Gables on Bird Road.

This is the account provided by the Miami-Dade police department. The age of Meghan Moore was 25. 23 years old was Sidney Capolino. He was forty years old, Luis Napoles, Moore’s lover. The early indication, according to the police, was that the three individuals lived together at the Windsor Ludlam Trail, which is located at 7004 SW 40th Street. This is a building that was constructed in 2022 and offers a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that can be rented for more than $4,200 a month.

On Monday, however, it was reported that Moore and Capolino resided in the apartment, while Napoles resided in a residence around two miles away, which was located a half mile west of West Miami. Officers were dispatched to the Windsor Ludlam Trail building at approximately 8:53 p.m.

on Saturday after receiving a report of gunfire within the building. At the time of their arrival, they discovered a woman who they later determined to be Moore severely injured outside of an apartment. Officers who were providing medical attention to Moore heard a gunshot coming from inside the residence.

Following the evacuation of the building, the special reaction team from the Miami-Dade Police Department arrived and entered the apartment at that time. They discovered Capolino and Napoles in that location. The investigation has shown that Luis Napoles arrived at the apartment complex and shot his girlfriend, Meghan Moore, outside of the residence. This information was uncovered by the investigation. After entering the flat, he proceeded to shoot Sidney Capolino, who was her roommate, before taking his own life. It was then that he committed himself.

Lesperance expressed his profound sorrow by saying in his statement, “We are deeply saddened by this devastating news.” “Everyone in this room is in a state of profound grief.” Both Meghan and Sidney were well-known on campus, and the news of their passing has left us in a state of profound sadness. We are keeping the family and friends of Sidney and Meghan in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time. We acknowledge the difficulties that they are currently experiencing.

Our sincere apologies are extended to you for the inconvenience that this circumstance has caused us. Please accept our full apology. Any individual who is in need of support or counseling services is strongly encouraged to get in touch with the wellness center that is situated on the campus of the university, as this is something that Lesperance strongly recommends. The institution is currently on spring break, yet this suggestion was made despite the fact that it is currently vacationing.

As claimed by the college’s athletics department, Moore was originally from Centerville, Massachusetts, and Capolino was originally from Pawling, New York. Both of these individuals were born in the United States. Both of these people were born and raised in the beautiful country of the United States.

During the time when Moore was a part of the college football team, he was the quarterback quarterback. Each of them was a member of the women’s ice hockey team that was available at the educational institution where they were both able to participate in the game.
