The heroic fight against cancer that Angela Kathleen Hill Mooney, age 48, of Youngsville, fought until the day she passed away on December 1, 2022, was defeated. Stockbridge, Georgia is the place where Angela Hill was born to her late parents, Robert E. Hill and Jeane E. (Eckenrode) Hill. Mr. Mooney earned her education and graduated with honors from Johnston Community College, where she majored in Graphic Design and received her associate degree. Even though she was left partially paralyzed at the age of 15, she continued to be a very outgoing person who will be much missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know her.
As part of her efforts to experience life to the fullest, she participated in activities such as being a member of the Carolina Sled Hockey Team, playing basketball with Triangle Thunder, drag racing her challenger, and even deer hunting, when she was very successful.At the time of her passing, she was the cherished spouse of George Mooney, who had died away at that point in time.
Since then, George Mooney has departed this life. A number of people are members of the Mooney family.
