Mary Clark Obituary, Death, A Life Well-Remembered

 On March 16, 2024, Mary Jane Clark, who was 80 years old and lived in Huntington, West Virginia, passed away in her house surrounded by her family. On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at eleven o’clock in the morning, funeral services will be held at the chapel of Morris Funeral Home in Wayne, West Virginia, with Pastor Jason McComas serving as the officiant.

Next, the burial will take place at Watson Cemetery. She was the daughter of Curtis and Juanita Halstead, who both passed away, and was born on July 22, 1943 in Boone County, West Virginia. Her parents, her husband Ernest Clark, and her brother Everett Lee Halstead all passed away before her.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by six children, Ernie Tyrod Clark, Curtis (Brenda) Clark, Batonda (Mike) Clark, Rick (Kathy) Clark, David (Monica) Clark and Tina (Johnny) Miller.

Fifteen grandchildren, Kisha (Aaron) Russell, Chris Clark, April (Josh) Holley, Crystal Clark, Candace (Kyle) Smith, Scott (Sarah) Clark, Amanda (Clifford) Clark, Jonathan (Marie) Miller, Tanner (Lexi) Clark, Tyler Clark, Breanna (Billy) Miller, Kelsey (Jake) Lewis, Summer (Jonathan) Mace, Jesse (Kiarah) Clark and Bradley (Anna) Miller; thirteen great-grandchildren, Jacob Clark, Paige Threatt, Cameron Holley, Brackston Carter, Landon Clark, Kara Holley, Caden Clark, Haley Clark, Kyndall Miller, Jaxon Lewis, Briar Clark, Wade Clark, Gunner Miller, Asher Lewis and Maelynn Crockett; a sister, Shelby (Don) Kincer; and many nieces.
