Death Notice, Licking, and Obituary for Deborah Wade The State of Missouri, a Life Devoted to Dedication At Riverside Hospital on Friday, July 28, 2023, Deborah “Debbie” Mae Wade, who was 69 years old, passed away in a calm and serene manner surrounded by her many devoted family members. Her parents, Jim Ervin and Carol (Loomis) Ervin, both passed away before her birth on March 10, 1954 in Zanesville.
She held a position as a secretary for the International Association of Machinist Union in addition to her employment at the Lear Corporation. Debbie’s favorite things to do included gardening, going on pontoon boat trips, and spending time with her family and pets. Her favorite teams were the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Bengals, particularly Joe Burrow. She was a tremendous admirer of both teams.
Debbie’s husband, Steven Wade, her children Crystal Wheeler, Sid (Arian Smedley) McFarland, and Katrina (Terry) Rataiczak, her three stepchildren Mary Wade, Steven Wade Jr., and Carrie Ball, her thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, her siblings Patricia (Eric) Paynter, Jerry Ervin, Jane (Tom) Price, and Greg (Michele) Ervin, and her pets Oliver and Alley are among those who survive her.
Both of her brothers, Jimmy and Mikey Ervin, as well as her sister-in-law, Marguerite Ervin, and her cherished dog, Toby, passed away before her. Her parents were also among those who came before her in his passing. The SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, located at 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD in Zanesville, will be the location of the visitation that will take place on Thursday, August 3, 2023, from 11 AM to 1 PM.
Pastor Carl Prokop will preside over the funeral ceremonies, which will commence at one o’clock in the afternoon in the Snouffer Chapel. Next, the burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Deborah is survived by her loving Husband of 31 years, Dwight Derrick Wade; Daughters, Ebony M. Grinstead-Brown, Rodneisha S. Harrison, KaiRica S. Wade, Nakia S. Wade, and Deana R. Wade; Son, Andre Bowens; Grandchildren, VheLejah Turner, John Collier, Jaque Collier, Tajah Romine, Byron Romine.
Darroni Romine, Mark Anthony Dawson, Ronnie Blincoe, Ronnae Blincoe, NaKai Blincoe, Kairon Harrison, Braelynn Walker, Xshyla Walker, Paris Wade, DeAris Wade, Rihanna Hatcher, Dylan Stratton, and Nadia Stratton; Great-Grandchildren, Jamarie Dawson and Anyis Turner; Siblings, John Grinstead, Keith Grinstead, Morgan Muhammad, Rochelle Avent-Hassan, Curtis Avent, Greg Avent, and Nada Hinton, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
