Friends and community members are invited to pay their respects at the memorial service, which will be held at St. Andrew’s Church in Tavistock on March 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Tavistock Community Foundation in Joel’s memory.
