Ronald was a devoted family man, celebrating 59 years of marriage to his loving wife, Nancy. Together, they navigated the journey of life, building a family that became the cornerstone of Ronald’s happiness. He is survived by his daughter Yvonne Peck (Randy), son Pete Welker (Sarah), and grandchildren Bailee Welker, Taylor Peck, and Jordan Welker.

Professional Journey at Strong Forge

A 1962 graduate of Batavia High School, Ronald embarked on a distinguished professional journey at Strong Forge (Batavia Metal Products). For over 30 years, he contributed his skills as a welder, welding instructor, and welding manager. Ronald’s leadership prowess shone bright as he eventually took charge of the entire plant production until his well-deserved retirement in 2010.
