Linda Oliver Obituary, A Life Of Love And Laughter

 Linda Darline Oliver, aged 65, of Hixson, left this world on Thursday, February 22, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family and community. Linda, a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, touched the lives of many through her kindness, humor, and selflessness.

Linda’s life journey was one of dedication and love. After working in the hospitality industry, she made the heartfelt decision to become a stay-at-home mom, focusing her energy on raising her children.

A Mentor and Role Model:

Linda’s impact extended beyond her immediate family. As a Girl Scout Troop Leader, she embraced the opportunity to mentor young girls, imparting valuable lessons of leadership, resilience, and kindness.

Her dedication to empowering the next generation exemplified her belief in the importance of community and female empowerment. This choice underscored her deep commitment to family and shaped her into the nurturing and compassionate individual that so many came to know and love.

A Wicked Sense of Humor:

One of Linda’s most endearing traits was her wicked sense of humor. With a quick wit and infectious laughter, she could effortlessly lighten the mood and bring joy to those around her. Her playful spirit and mischievous grin will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Linda’s love extended to her furry companions, Scooter and Puddles, her beloved Yorkies. Final Farewell:

Visitation to honor Linda’s memory will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Chaplain Charles Ingle officiating. Following the service, Linda will be laid to rest at Chattanooga National Cemetery.

As we bid farewell to Linda, our thoughts and prayers are with her many loved ones during this difficult time.
