After 21 years of honorable service, Troy transitioned to civilian life but continued his service to the nation by working at TACOM Detroit Arsenal for an additional 20 years. His role as a husband and father brought him immense joy, and he approached these responsibilities with the same dedication and integrity that characterized his military and civilian service.
