Pastor Randy peacefully departed on Christmas Eve 2023 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, service, and unwavering love. Randy L. Pfaff entered the world on January 30, 1957, in Greely, Colorado, born to Leroy Pfaff and Eva Mares. His formative years shaped the values that would define his life’s journey. In 1979, Randy proudly graduated from Olivet Nazarene University, setting the stage for a life dedicated to faith, community, and service.

A Union of Love: Marriage and Family

On August 29, 1980, Randy united his life with Brenda Pfaff in a ceremony held in Danville, Illinois. Their union was a testament to the enduring power of love and commitment. Together, Randy and Brenda embarked on a journey that would span over four decades, filled with shared joys, challenges, and the creation of a loving family. Throughout his life, Randy Pfaff embraced various professional roles, showcasing his versatility and commitment to serving others. He served as a Deputy Sheriff and Corrections Officer, ensuring the safety and well-being of his community. His love for the outdoors led him to become an outfitter, providing memorable experiences for those who shared his passion.

A Legacy of Love: Survived by Family and Friends

However, Randy’s true calling emerged when he answered the spiritual calling to become a Pastor. Guided by his faith and a desire to spread the word of God, Randy dedicated himself to ministering to others. His impact extended beyond the pulpit, touching the lives of those seeking guidance, support, and compassion.

 Pastor Randy is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda, and their three children – Bubba, Adam, and Amber. Beyond his immediate family, his influence and kindness reached countless individuals whose lives were touched by his wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith.

Celebrating a Life Well-Lived: The Steeple Event Center Memorial

To commemorate the life of Pastor Randy L. Pfaff, family, friends, and community members are invited to The Steeple Event Center at 701 Macon Ave., Canon City, Colorado, on Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This gathering will provide an opportunity to reflect, reminisce, and support one another as we celebrate the impact of a life dedicated to faith, family, and community.
