Born on May 22, 1977, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Dr. Joseph Alfred Moretz III and Judy Bloice Hanna Moretz, Dustin’s life was one marked by love, compassion, and an indomitable spirit that left an enduring imprint on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.
