Gerardus Jah Obituary, A Tribute To A Life Well-Lived

It is with heavy hearts and a deep sense of sorrow that we announce the passing of Gerardus, affectionately known as Jah, a beloved brother, nephew, uncle, and son. He departed this world peacefully on the morning of 2/2/24, surrounded by the love of his devoted wife and six cherished children at his home.

As we bid farewell to Gerardus, we invite friends, family, and acquaintances to join us in celebrating his remarkable life and the enduring legacy he leaves behind.

Visitation Arrangements:

Understanding the constraints of space at the family home, we kindly request larger groups to contact Gerardus’s mother or a family representative to schedule a suitable time and day for visitation. This thoughtful coordination will ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, managing the crowd and parking arrangements effectively. Gerardus will be returning home on Monday, 5th February, to his family house at 5 Diosma Place, Botany Downs. This occasion offers an opportunity for all who knew him to gather, share memories, and pay their respects.

Donations and Koha:

In this challenging time, we seek support for Leah, Gerardus’s loving wife, and their six children. For those wishing to make koha or donations, please approach our sisters Rita or Sabrina for in-person contributions. Alternatively, online donations can be made with the reference “Family Name 38-9008-0726843-07” to enable us to express our gratitude personally.

Remembering Gerardus:

As we come together to remember Gerardus, let us not only mourn his departure but celebrate the love, joy, and memories he has left etched in our hearts. Your support, thoughts, and prayers during this difficult time are profoundly appreciated by the entire family. A detailed program for the service and burial will be communicated shortly.

We appreciate your patience as we finalize the arrangements. For further inquiries or to schedule your visit, please contact Mum Rai at 0212134802 or text Tina at 02102864450. With Heartfelt Thanks, The Family of Gerardus Oti Brothers In honoring Gerardus’s memory, let us unite in love and support, remembering the man who touched our lives with his warmth and kindness.
