It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you of the unexpected demise of O’Loan Robin, lovingly known as Baby, who passed away on January 14th, 2024 in England. He was a resident of Antrim earlier in his life. A cherished grandfather to Farrah and Kit, Robin was a proud father to Luke, Caolan, Reilly, and Sky. He was also a cherished grandfather to Sky. He was also known as Kari’s childhood companion, who passed away before him. Kari was the one who outlived him.
There will be a memorial service held on Wednesday, the 31st of January, 2024, to celebrate the life of Robin and pay tribute to his passing. At 9:15 in the morning, the procession will leave his children’s home located at 17B Cargan Road in Toome. It will then go to St. Comgall’s Church in Antrim, where a Mass will be said at 10 in the morning. After the service, the procession will go to the Antrim & Newtownabbey Crematorium, which is located at 582 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 5BU.
Instead of sending flowers, the family would appreciate it if donations could be sent to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust in the form of checks that are payable to the trust. The memorial service to honor Robin’s life will begin on Sunday at 2:00 p.m., and family time will be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. tomorrow. During the days of Monday and Tuesday, the wake will be open from two in the afternoon to ten o’clock at night.
The family respectfully requests that nighttime hours be respected as time spent with family. The entirety of Robin’s family circle will remember him with affection and feel a profound sense of loss during this time period.

Because of his warmth, kindness, and the love that he shared with his family, his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were touched by himself.
