Carla Wallace Obituary Huntersville NC, Carla Wallace Has Died – Death

 A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin for Carla D. Wallace, who was 58 years old and from Fairland, Oklahoma. Carl and Carolyn (Craig) Brashar welcomed their daughter into the world on December 24, 1960 in Miami, Oklahoma. She was their daughter. Her father, a son named Corey Wallace, a daughter named Kimberly Cook, and her grandmother, Corbel Morris, all passed away before she did.

The couple had been married for twenty years and had been closest friends for forty years. Carla Wallace was married to Mike Wallace. She is survived by her son, Jeremy Wallace, and his wife, Amanda, who reside in Seneca, Missouri; her daughter, Jennifer Smith, who resides in Miami, Oklahoma; her mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Jim Gering Sr., who reside in Fairland, Oklahoma; three brothers, Jim Gering, Jr. and his wife Annette, Justin Gering of Fairland, Oklahoma, and John Gering, all of Miami; and six sisters, Julie Purcel and her husband Bob of Miami, Oklahoma.

Keesha Gering of Norman, Oklahoma; Connie Parker and her husband, Lloyd, of Miami, Oklahoma; Cindy Brashar of Fairland, Oklahoma; Teresa Step of Miami, Oklahoma; and Jamie Craig of Grove, Oklahoma.

There are also five grandkids, in addition to additional relatives and friends who have survived. On Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., funeral services for Carla D. Wallace will be place at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami. The Reverend Ray Clonts will preside over the ceremony.

The funeral home will be open for visitation on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, from six o’clock evening until seven o’clock in the evening. Travis Cravens, Matthew Smith, Nathan Smith, Jordan Smith, Lloyd Parker, and Keith Rush will serve as pallbearers for the funeral service of the deceased. The G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami will be the location of the interment.
