It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that we notify you of the passing of our much loved colleague and friend, Rodney Farquhar, who went away suddenly in the early hours of Monday, January 22nd. His passing came as a complete and total surprise to all of us.
A memorial fund has been established for Rodney’s family in order to provide assistance to them in dealing with the tremendous and unanticipated costs that are linked with Rodney’s departure.
If you would want to honour his memory, the family asks that you consider making a donation in lieu of sending flowers. It is impossible to adequately describe how much we shall all miss him. It was not just that he worked with us, but he was also a close friend of ours.
A large number of you were deeply affected by his passing, and we, together with his family, recognise that this will be a period of sorrow for all of those who were fortunate enough to have known and loved him.
At our clinic, which is located at 1744 E. McAndrews Rd., Suite A, Medford, Oregon 97504, we are pleased to welcome any cards or condolences that may be sent to us, and we will be sure to send them on to his loving family.
The family of Rodney would want to respectfully beg that everyone respect their privacy during this time. They are working together to try to come to terms with their grief over the incredible loss of Rodney.
