It is with great sorrow that we must inform you of the demise of Kyle Alan Hays, who was our cherished son, grandson, brother, nephew, and friend. His passing occurred on January 17, 2024. Alan and Gina Hays welcomed their son Kyle into the world in Sioux City, Iowa.
The year 2008 marked his graduation from the University of Iowa, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Over the course of more than ten years, he served as an excellent Senior Clinical Field Representative at Medtronic.
He was extraordinarily enthusiastic about the work that he did. In addition to being admired by his colleagues, doctors, and surgeons, Kyle was instrumental in the preservation of a vast number of lives.
The music was something that Kyle had a strong passion for, and he went to a lot of concerts with his family and friends. Numerous mountains were conquered by him, and he reached the summit of twenty of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks.
During his stay in Colorado, he enjoyed spending time with his family, as well as going skiing and hiking with his father. There was a view of the mountains and a backyard full of prairie dogs in Kyle’s home, which he and his mother had painted to make it look like a beautiful farmhouse.
All of the friends that he made in Iowa City, Chicago, and Denver over the course of his life are someone for whom we are quite grateful. Kyle’s family and friends were the most important things in his life.
