Alexander Winer, a fireman and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, passed away unexpectedly, and the Memphis Fire Department is saddened to announce his passing. Alexander left behind a legacy of devotion, heroism, and friendship that will be remembered for all time, despite the fact that his time with us was brief. He left an indelible impact on our department.
Alexander Winer was more than just a fellow worker; he was a much-loved member of the family that is our fire protection department. It was his unrelenting fearlessness in the face of peril and his dedication to the community that epitomised the real spirit of a fireman or an emergency medical technician.
Alexander earned the respect and admiration of his fellow firemen and emergency medical technicians during the little period that he was a part of our close-knit community. During this time, he became a vital part of our community.
While we are saddened by Alexander’s passing, we would like to express our most sincere condolences to his family. Losing a loved one is never an easy experience, but the anguish is amplified when the person who passed away was someone as remarkable as Alexander.
We want his family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this extremely trying time. We feel their sorrow and are prepared to provide them with any reassurance or assistance they may require.
In addition, the Memphis Fire Department is requesting the assistance of the community during this difficult time period. We are a family, and the passing of one of our own members has a profound impact on all of us.
We would like to express our gratitude for the outpouring of love and sympathies that we have receive up to this point. We would also like to respectfully request that you continue to keep Alexander’s family and our fire department family in your thoughts and prayers.
