Chic, formerly of Cramflat Farm, was not just a witness to the passing of time but an active participant in the rich tapestry of life.
His presence graced various music groups, contributing his talents and passion to the local music scene. Music was more than a pastime for Chic; it was a testament to his vibrant spirit and love for the arts.
A devoted husband, Chic shared a lifetime of love with his late wife, Rena. Their enduring bond served as an inspiration to many, a testament to the enduring power of love. As the dearly loved dad of Iain and Irene, Chic’s influence extended to the next generation, shaping the lives of his children and imparting values that will endure for years to come.
Chic’s role as a loving grandad to John, Bruce, Claire, Mark, and the late Helen added another dimension to his legacy. The warmth and affection he bestowed upon his grandchildren created cherished memories that will be forever etched in their hearts. The Boath family extends beyond generations, with Chic’s influence reaching great-grandchildren Amy, Liam, Rosie, Daniel, and Rory.
Beyond his immediate family, Chic was a father-in-law to Kate and George, a source of guidance and support to those who joined the Boath family through marriage. His role as an uncle, cousin, brother, and good friend forged connections that enriched the lives of many. As the community gathers to bid Chic farewell, the funeral service on Tuesday, February 6, at Perth Crematorium at 11:30 am becomes a poignant moment of remembrance.
