Sirita went away a few weeks before she would have turned five years old. Unfortunately, she went suddenly a little more than a year after her father and stepmother were given custody of her. Her passing was a tragic loss. At the time of her birth, she was removed from her mother because it was believed that her mother had been abusing substances.
Through the course of her brief existence, Sirita was placed in a total of eight different foster homes. In spite of the fact that she was returned to her mother on four separate occasions, she was taken away from her mother once more on each of these occasions owing to charges of abuse and neglect.
When Child Protective Services (CPS) attempted to terminate the mother’s parental rights, Sirita’s father made a request to have her put with him and his wife, and he was successful in doing so.
On January 22, 2005, Child Protective Services (CPS) received a referral from police enforcement regarding the strange death of Sirita, which had occurred the day before. Sirita was under the care of her stepmother and another relative at the time of her passing. She had been unconscious for some time. Upon discovering Sirita’s body, the relative immediately dialled 911.
The medical examiner eventually ruled that Sirita died as a consequence of blows to the head, which caused her skull to shatter and her liver to become separated. Sirita seemed hungry, underweight, and pale, and the medical examiner came to this conclusion after Sirita’s death. After some time had passed, Sirita’s stepmother claimed that she was unable to deal with her daughter’s ‘fits’ and tantrums, and that she had thrashed Sirita and threw her in a cold shower after she had wet her pants.
Eventually, the stepmother was only given a term of eight and a half years in prison for her actions. Sirita was a lovely little girl who was overflowing with love and energy.
She had a passion for singing and dancing, and she also enjoyed gazing up at the night sky. It was always possible for her to identify Mars in the sky. It was pink that she favoured the most. The people who adored Sirita are going to miss her very much.
