On January 17, 2024, Jeffery Robbins, who was 66 years old and a resident of Hendricks, Minnesota, passed away at the Hendricks Hospital. The funeral ceremonies are scheduled to take place at the Faith Lutheran Brethren Church in Hendricks, Minnesota at one o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, January 20, 2024.
Following the time of fellowship that will take place inside the church, the burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Brookings, South Dakota. Eidsness Funeral Home in Brookings will be open for visitation beginning at 4:30 p.m. and continuing until 6:30 p.m. on the evening before the funeral, which is February 19, 2024.
Delbert and Joanne (McMillan) Robbins welcomed their first child, Jeffery Lee Robbins, into the world on November 23, 1957. He was their first male child. In 1976, Jeff received his high school diploma from Brookings, where he had previously attended schools in Bushnell, Fountain, and Brookings.
After graduating from San Diego State University, Jeff went on to pursue further education and then spent the rest of his career working for Daktronics in Brookings.
In the year 1986, Jeff became a father to his son, Cole Robbins. One year later, in 1991, he tied the knot with his closest friend Kathy, and he was blessed with two amazing children, Rachel and Colin Pierce. During their time together, Jeff and Kathy celebrated their children and grandkids, took pleasure in lake life, and travelled to environments with warmer temperatures.
The ability to fish from his own pier at their lake house was something that he always looked forward to doing, and he went hunting with his siblings or his friend Lloyd whenever he had the opportunity to do so. In addition, Jeff cherished the time he got to spend with his two cherished pets.
