Richard Neal Obituary, A Mischievous Brother, Amazing Uncle, and Cherished Playmate

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Richard Neal, a beloved uncle, namesake, and the mischievous younger brother to John William Neal Jr., who departed yesterday after a prolonged battle with illness. He was surrounded by the love of his wife, Araceli, during his final moments. Born on April 1st, 1949, Richard brought a unique blend of humor, playfulness, and warmth into the lives of those fortunate enough to know him.

Growing up in the close-knit community of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, he graduated from Charles Page High School, leaving behind a legacy of camaraderie and mischief.

Richard and John William Neal Jr., affectionately known as Bill, shared a brotherly bond that transcended the ordinary. Richard, often described as the mischievous one, brought laughter and spontaneity into the lives of his family.

As an uncle and playmate to a young you, Richard left an indelible mark on your childhood.
