Sue’s journey began in Monticello, where she was raised and later graduated from S.H.S.
Her roots and upbringing shaped her into the compassionate and caring woman she became. On November 4, 1961, she embarked on a lifelong journey with her best friend and companion, Charles R. “Dick” VanDusen, in Lowman. Their union was a testament to enduring love and shared laughter, creating a partnership that weathered the joys and challenges of life for over six decades.
