 On January 16, 2024, the world lost a remarkable soul as Linzi Ann Stirling passed away after a valiant battle with a prolonged illness at the Macmillan Unit, Antrim Area Hospital. Linzi, a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished family member, touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Linzi Ann, the dearly loved wife of George, shared a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering companionship.

Their home at 56 Cladytown Road, Glarryford, was a haven of warmth and shared memories, a testament to the deep connection between Linzi and George.

At the center of Linzi’s world was her beloved son, Adam, whom she lovingly referred to as her “Devoted Mummy.” Linzi’s nurturing spirit and boundless love for her family were evident in every aspect of her life. Her home radiated with the joy and laughter of a family united by the ties of love and shared experiences.

Born to Alvar and Isobel, Linzi brought a special light into the lives of her parents and extended family. Her presence created a tapestry of love and connection that strengthened the bonds between siblings. Linzi’s sister, Elaine, and brother, Alvar, shared in the joys and sorrows of life with her, creating a network of support that defined the Stirling family.
