Sarah Buckley, who was a stunningly beautiful, brilliant, and courageous individual, went away suddenly late on Saturday or early on Sunday. Sarah was a sister, daughter, friend, in addition to being a reiki healer and a yoga instructor. She was 38 years old and a single mother to a wonderful child named Zuri who was 7.5 years old.
In addition to being extremely interested in Zuri’s schooling, she had served as the room mom for her class during the two years that she was doing the running at West District. Sarah had completed her undergraduate studies in Colorado and her graduate studies in Chicago, where she went on to specialise in forensic psychology. She played a crucial role in the provision of education to young people in Colorado by means of a partnership between the non-profit organisation that she worked for and the educational system in that state.
Being a survivor was a part of her story; she did not let it define her, and in the past few years, she has been able to find happiness and joy in activities that she has always loved, such as hiking, camping, and swimming every day. She had returned to Connecticut just before the COVID outbreak, and she had settled into the house she had lived in as a child with her daughter. She continued to make miraculous progress in her and her daughter’s healing journeys.
She possessed an extraordinary talent for empathy and was the best listener. She was also a skilled craftswoman who enjoyed spending time in nature and making a positive impact on the lives of the people she cared about the most. Her mother instilled in her daughter a deep awareness for the natural world, the enchantment of life, a deep love for animals, and a deep enthusiasm for the arts and crafts.
There is no obituary that can be shared, and there will be no public arrangements made; if you want to do something in honour of Sarah, I suggest doing something that you want to do.
For example, you could go out into nature, drink some Dr. Pepper or some hot tea, make a donation to a non-profit organisation that works to end domestic violence, stretch, light a candle or incense, and find some peace. Ultimately, you should take care of yourself.
