Tammy Gordon Obituary, Resident of Eau Claire, WI Has Died – Death

At the Hennepin County Medical Centre on Sunday, December 31, 2023, Tammy L. (Grossen) Gordon, who was 47 years old and from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, passed suddenly unexpectedly of an unforeseen illness. Daughter of Joan (Lawver) Pickett and Kenny Grossen, Tammy was born on April 20, 1976 in Monroe, Wisconsin.

Her mother’s maiden name was Lawver. In the year 1994, Tammy received her diploma from Monroe High School. Following her graduation from high school, Tammy attended the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire to acquire a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Waitressing, bartending, working for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and CCF Bank were just some of the positions she held throughout the years.

Most recently, she worked in corporate customer service at Curt Manufacturing. It was in 2003 when Tammy first met her future husband, Jerry Gordon, and it was in 2004 when they became parents to their son, Connor. In Eau Claire, Wisconsin, on August 2, 2008, Tammy and Jerry exchanged their vows and became husband and wife.

The tremendous grin that Tammy wore left an impression on everyone she ever came in contact with. She never missed an opportunity to provide a helping hand to those in need and frequently offered her time at the benefit events of her friends as well as with local clubs and organisations. The affection that she has for her family and friends is perhaps unrivalled.

As the glue, she did everything in her power to attend to everything that was feasible. Campouts with the “FRAMILY,” family pool parties, fishing, turkey hunting, bear hunting, going to the family cabin, and attending several Ark Gals & Pals events were some of the activities that she enjoyed the most.

In most cases, Tammy was the last person to arrive, travelling with a roadie cooler in her hand. She was also the last person to leave a campfire or go to bed. Tammy took great pleasure in sitting back and watching her son and nephews compete in various sports.

She also showed her support for her niece and nephews by attending the majority of their activities as they matured into remarkable young adults. She was a fervent cheerleader at baseball and football games, and her voice could be easily identified even in the midst of multiple other cheerleaders.
