Norma Lawlor, who had lived in South Windsor and had reached the age of 98, passed away on May 4, 2011, in the city of Windsor. In Hartford, Connecticut, on January 13, 1913, the late Vincent George Peloso and Mary Jane (Martocci) Peloso became parents for the first time.
Their daughter Lucille was born. Over the course of the early 1990s, she made the move to South Windsor. In the city of Hartford, Lucille Peloso was born.
She had a loving relationship with her husband of 54 years, Clayton Francis Lawlor, who passed away in 1985. He was a devoted and caring partner with whom she shared a love relationship. She was the life of the party at each gathering that she attended, and some of her favourite things to do included singing, dancing, and laughing.
Lucille was the person who made everyone laugh. In addition to being a doting and adoring great-great-grandmother, she was also very excited about the arrival of new members of her family. She looked forward to their arrival with great anticipation.
Those who are left to cherish the memory of Lucille include her three children, Richard J. Lawlor and his wife Nancy of Windsor, Robert G. Lawlor and his wife Maureen of Hampton, and Joan M. Gryphon of South Windsor; eleven grandchildren, John W. Gryphon, Jay Lawlor, Nancy Lawlor, Sharon Bosco, Donald Gryphon, Kathy Lawlor, Michael Gryphon, Cynthia Hendsey, Jennifer Daddario, Robert Lawlor, and Terry Lawlor; and a large number of great-great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, as well as by her son-in-law Henry E. Gryphon, three brothers, and two sisters. Her spouse was also among those who passed away before her.
