In Portland, Oregon, on November 13, 1985, Noqah Elisi Adkins and John Patrick Bunce Sr. became parents for the first time. They welcomed their son John into the world simultaneously. The first few years of John’s life were spent in Estacada, Oregon.
The move to Ashland was made by him and his mother when it was time for him to begin his academic experiences. While John was there, his mother worked at the university and attended classes.
John attended pre-school and kindergarten during this time. Additionally, John’s mother was a student himself. John was able to gain a wide variety of skills while he was here, including the ability to snow ski, swim, ride a bike, and a great deal of other different abilities.
He possessed a wisdom that was beyond his years, in addition to possessing a natural physical power and agility that was more than that of the majority of people. He was also more agile than most individuals.
A boy who was reticent, a watcher who had great observation and an insatiable curiosity, he was a child who looked out for others. Some people would use the phrase “an old soul” to describe him. This is a suitable description. His ancestry was Irish, with three-quarters of his ancestry originating from the Keene family in County Derry and the Cronan family in County Cork, both of which are located in Ireland. In addition to this, he was of Cherokee lineage, someone who belonged to the Wolf clan, and he was originally from the Smoky Mountains in the state of North Carolina.
In addition to the funny charm and sharp intellect that his Irish lineage bestowed upon him, he possessed within him the spiritual awareness and emotional intelligence that his Cherokee ancestors possessed. His Cherokee ancestors were gifted with these qualities.
