On December 30, 2023, Trevor Joseph Kidwell, who was thirty years old at the time of his untimely death, was crossing the street close to his residence when he was involved in a horrific accident. The legacy that he leaves behind is one filled with love, laughter, and adventure.
The cherished son of Bruce and Theresa (Shreffler) Kidwell, Trevor was born on June 12, 1993 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He was always loved by his parents. His childhood was spent in Germantown, Maryland, where he received his high school education at Damascus. He had a passion for athletics, and he played football and lacrosse in his younger years. After completing his high school education, Trevor attended Montgomery College to earn a degree in horticulture.
Trevor was a somebody who had a spirit of enthusiasm and generosity, and he tackled life with an adventurous spirit. His positive outlook, his hardworking temperament, and his kindness left an impression on the lives of everyone who knew him. He was known for all of these qualities. When it came to living life to the fullest, Trevor was always ready to do whatever it took, whether it was a daring adventure or providing a helpful hand.
Trevor, who was a fan of the outdoors and a thrill seeker, was always looking for new locations and experiences. He enjoyed activities such as fishing, spending time at the beach, riding motorcycles, snowboarding, and snowboarding, and he found simple enjoyment in everything he did. Trevor turned every occasion into a hilarious anecdote and a treasured memory for the people he was with at the time.
He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Theresa (Shreffler) Kidwell, his sister Jena Kidwell, who is married to his brother-in-law Matt Melton, and his nephew Peyton Melton. Additionally, he is survived by his sister Hilary (Kidwell) Fennessy, who is married to his brother-in-law John Fennessy, and his niece Sophie Fennessy.
His extended family, which includes his aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as his fiancée, Amanda Sheetz, and a large number of friends and loved ones, will miss him terribly.
