John Rennie Obituary, Learn More About John Rennie Death

It is John A. Rennie. The seventeenth of June 1946 to the thirty-first of December 2023 Amidst the tempo of the situation The fact that John Rennie left this world at the time that he did made it possible for him to pass away so close to a date that he and his mother Annie had been marking with a great deal of dedication.

We are now in the New Year. When he was a figure of health, the festivities and all that came with it allowed John.

husband of Catherine Rennie, grandfather of Juliette and father of Jonathan, to do what he enjoyed – dust down one of his variety of hats, find a coat with enough colour to light a room as well as the spirits, get dressed and get ready for a role he truly loved – to entertain and socialise. John, who had attended St. Mary’s Primary and St. Patrick’s High School in the past and had graduated from Glasgow School of Art, was pleased with his Coatbridge heritage and made the decision to focus his life and work on his hometown.

His heart was firmly anchored on the Monklands throughout his entire life, whether when he was working as an architect on projects all throughout the region or when he was partying in his beloved Whifflet.

This was true even while he was working on projects located all across the region.
In spite of this, he was compelled to spend a considerable amount of time at home throughout the course of the preceding two decades as a result of a serious illness that he had been afflicted with twenty years prior.

He was admitted to St. Andrew’s Hospice on Christmas Eve as a result of his condition deteriorating to the point where it was necessary. He died away without any pain or suffering while he was being held by his son in the early hours of December 30.

A Requiem Mass will be held for John at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Whifflet on Friday, January 12, at ten o’clock in the morning. If you are interested in attending, please contact the church. The burial will take place in Coltswood Cemetery when this has taken place.
