The untimely passing of Cody Rader, a 35-year-old resident of Lisbon, North Dakota, has left the community in mourning. Cody’s life, cut short on August 18, 2021, was tragically taken in an automobile accident in rural Steele County, North Dakota. Born on January 6, 1986, to Ronald and Laura Rader in Devils Lake, North Dakota, Cody’s formative years were spent in Lakota. However, during his sophomore year, the Rader family relocated to Lisbon, where Cody continued his education, ultimately graduating from Lisbon High School in 2004.

His roots in Lisbon ran deep, and after a period of working various jobs in Fargo, Cody returned to his hometown.
