On November 6, 2023, Leathia Arlie Rollins, who was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, died away. On the 30th of April in 1943, she was born. Throughout her entire life, Leathia was a devoted homemaker who put her family ahead of herself without any personal gain. Spending time with her family was the thing that brought Leathia the most happiness in life. Loyd Rollins, her spouse of 59 years, was the object of extraordinary affection on her part.
Both their love and their relationship served as a source of motivation for everyone who knew them. Gene Rollins Jr., Kevin Rollins, and Terry Rollins were all devoted and loving boys to their mother, Leathia, who was a nurturing and devoted mother. She made it a point to attend all of her boys’ baseball games and practices, and she frequently rushed back and forth between the two locations to ensure that she could watch each of her sons play.
In addition to being a devoted wife and mother, Leathia was actively involved in the sport of fishing. One of her favourite things to do was to spend time on the boat, where she would throw her line and take pleasure in the tranquilly of nature. She was able to find periods of peace and introspection through the activity of fishing.
The compassionate character that Leathia possessed extended beyond her immediate family. The love and kindness that she leaves behind is a legacy that she leaves behind because she appreciated the relationships that she created throughout her life.
The principles that she held dear were shaped in large part by her parents, Clifford Austin and Arlie (Davis) Austin, who passed away before she was born.
Her devoted husband, Gene Rollins, her three devoted sons, Gene Rollins Jr. (and his wife Jennifer), Kevin Rollins (and his wife Deana), and Terry Rollins (and his wife Deslee Andrews), her grandchildren Ashley, Bradley, Alicia, and Braylee, and her four great-grandchildren, as well as a large number of other family members and friends who loved her deeply, are among those who survive her.
