Scott Valentine Murder, Wilmington Ohio Resident Has Passed Away – Obituary

Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina, was the location where Scott Allen Valentine, age 51, of Blanchester, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. The 14th of November, 1972 found Scott Valentine being born in Wilmington.

He is the son of James H. Valentine and Vicky J. (Harrison) Valentine. His graduation year was 1991, and he had attended Wilmington High School, where “Val” had been a member of the Hurricane baseball team.

Scott was a sports lover who kept up with the New York Yankees and enjoyed watching them play. First and foremost, he treasured the time he got to spend with his family, particularly with his grandchildren.

Those who are left to cherish his memory are his wife, Stacy Valentine, whom he married on June 13, 1998; his children, Hunter Valentine (Ashley) and Sierra Leonard, both of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Bentley, Carson, and Jaylen; his parents, Jim and Vicky Valentine; his brothers, Shawn Valentine of Englewood and David Roustio; his in-laws,

Rick and Vicki Horn; his sister-in-law Stephanie Slivinski; and a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. His grandfather and grandmother, as well as a number of his aunts and uncles, passed away before Scott. On the Thursday, January 11, 2024, at four o’clock in the afternoon, funeral services will be place at the Brown Funeral Home in Wilmington.

There will be a visitation at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 p.m. and continuing until the time of the ceremony at 4:00 p.m. Family members are receiving assistance from Brown Funeral Home in Wilmington.
