Nell’s life was a testament to the values of compassion, generosity, and community engagement.

Nell’s journey was shaped by love and loss, having preceded her in death were her parents, brother Harold Jr., foster sister Rev. Cathi Braasch, and foster brother Hank Hopkins. Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Bill of 48 years, children Caroline Berlin (Brian) of Willows, Diana Perry (Brett) of Maxwell, Jenni Girard of Maxwell, Will Bernstein (Sandra) of Willows, Stephen Bernstein (Krista) of Willows, and Jessica Gomez (Noah) of Maxwell.
