Lindsay Anne Lamarche Obituary, Learn More About Lindsay Anne Death

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the news of the untimely passing of Lindsay Anne Lamarche, who left us on December 27, 2023, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Lindsay’s departure has left an indescribable void, and we find solace only in the cherished memories she leaves behind.

Lindsay will be forever remembered and deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Pierre J Lamy, and their beautiful daughters, Sage and Emma.

Lindsay’s memory is also held close by her mother, Nancy Lamarche, her brother Bill (Amy), her sister Lianne, and her nephews Kaleb and Greyson. In addition, Lindsay’s in-laws, Pierre and Heather Lamy, her brother-in-law Robert (Robyn), and their children Willow, Hailey, Nick, Addison, and Aubrey share in the grief of her loss.

Lindsay was preceded in death by her father, Conrad Lamarche, and her grandparents Barbara and Bill White, Yvette and Roland Lamarche, along with great-grandmother Aletha Davies. Born on March 14, 1980, in North Bay, Ontario, Lindsay spent her childhood and university years in the place she held dear to her heart.

Schooled entirely in French to honor her father’s heritage, Lindsay became fluently bilingual—a source of great pride for her parents. As a teen, Lindsay excelled not only academically but also in sports, particularly baseball. She showcased her musical talents by playing clarinet and flute in her school band, demonstrating her versatility and passion for the arts.

After earning her BA degree at Nipissing University, Lindsay pursued her Bachelor of Education in 2003. She embarked on a teaching career that would span 17 years, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless students. Lindsay’s teaching journey took her to Woodstock, Barrie, Innisfil, and eventually, she settled in Kirkland Lake with her loving husband, PJ.
