Chuck, aged 65, breathed his last on December 26 at his family ranch in Westhoff, TX, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born on March 9, 1958, in Galveston, TX, Chuck was the son of Bobby E. and Carol A. Bitner.

Growing up in McAllen, he embraced the values of family, community, and hard work that would become the hallmarks of his life. Chuck’s journey through life unfolded against the backdrop of McAllen, where he graduated from McAllen High School in 1977.
