An Amber Alert has been issued by the Lakewood Police Department concerning a young girl who has not been seen for one year and has been reported missing. Choice Walters is characterized by an appearance that includes brown eyes and brown hair.
At approximately two in the morning on Sunday, she was last seen on Clifton Boulevard. Her last known location was in the area.
According to the police, Ariel Walters, who is 29 years old and the mother of Choice, allegedly left with her daughter after stabbing Choice’s father, who is 30 years old, in Cove Park. Choice’s father was the victim of the initial incident. An arrest warrant has been issued for Ariel, who is wanted for attempted aggravated murder, according to the police.
Ariel is now being held on a cash bond of $500,000, and the warrant has been issued. Ariel did not show any willingness to comply with the officers’ requests, although they were able to get in touch with her.
