Juliana Clarke, who was fondly referred to as Julie, was a resident of Stockingate in South Kirkby. In loving memory of Julie. At the age of 84, she passed away calmly and serenely at Pinderfields Hospital on Saturday, December 9th. It is with the deepest regret that we share this joyful news with you.
The valued members of Julie’s family and friends will always hold her in high regard and mourn her tremendously.
On Tuesday, January 2nd, at eleven in the morning, the funeral service for Julie will be held at the Pontefract crematorium. By Julie’s wishes, the family respectfully begs that no floral tributes be displayed. Instead of that, memorial contributions to the PDSA are gratefully accepted in her honor. If individuals choose to contribute, a collection box will be made available at the service. In the aftermath of the funeral service, there will be a gathering at the South Kirkby Cricket Club.
All those individuals who had the privilege of knowing Julie are cordially welcome to participate in the event and celebrate her life together. There will be refreshments available for us to enjoy while we talk about our past experiences, tell one another tales, and find comfort in the presence of one another.
We would like to invite friends and loved ones to express their support and condolences to Julie’s family by leaving messages of love and remembering for them at this trying time.
In the process of working through their grief, the words that you have thoughtfully spoken will be a source of comfort and strength for them.
The fact that Julie was a part of our lives was a blessing, and the remembrance of her will continue to generate feelings of affection and warmth within our hearts. We pray that her soul may rest in eternal peace and that the happy memories we enjoyed with her will bring us rest and comfort.
