At the time of her death on December 19, 2023, Melissa Sue Dixon was a patient at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence. She was 45 years old and had been living in Erlanger. That place was where she was a patient. Russell Dixon and Brenda (Edington) Dixon were very happy to have her on December 13, 1978, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Melissa turns thirteen years old on December 13th.
She was given the title of Service Manager as her actual job title when she started working at the auto repair shop. Karaoke was Melissa’s passion, and she felt very sorry for all animal species. Melissa also loved singing very much. Another thing she loved doing all her life was singing. First, Russell Dixon, her father, had died before she did. After he left, she also left. He did it before she did.
A lot of family members were still alive after she died, including her mother, Brenda Dixon, her sister, Jenny (Joe) Hall, her brother, Michael (Sheryl) Dixon, her partner, Russell Webster, Sr., and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Janey Hall was her sister, and her mother was Brenda Dixon.
There will be a Celebration of Life held in honor of the person who has died after Christmas is over. Everything that needs to be set up for the events leading up to the funeral is the job of the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Ludlow.
The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital can be found at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1905, and is where all memorial donations should be sent. There is a strong recommendation that legacy gifts be given to the hospital.
