We are very sorry to tell you that Jack Plummer, a brother who was loved by everyone, has died. It makes our feelings heavy to tell you that Jack has died and gone to be with his wife Marilyn. Marilyn chose to follow the Lord in 2018, and Jack did too. When we got together tonight for prayer night, we could still hear the happiness he brought into our lives through his guitar playing. The sadness of this made us remember the good spirit he brought into our lives.
People in the community found comfort and friendship in Jack’s presence, and his musical skills showed that he could make people happy and lift their feelings just by being around them. His steadfast dedication to sharing his love with us during our prayer nights will always be a part of our memories.
We want the Plummer family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers as we try to understand how terrible this loss is.
Their meeting in the afterlife is both emotional and heartbreaking. It’s a memorial to the love that Jack had for his late wife Marilyn. Love could be seen in the close relationship Jack had with Marilyn.
We will keep sharing more information as it comes in over the next few days, and as a group, we will work through the grief process together. Jack’s songs, and the happiness and love he brought into our lives will always remind us of him.
