Carmel Price, a beloved soul, peacefully departed from this world on December 13, 2023, at Mercy Place Mt St Joseph’s Nursing Home in Young. She was the devoted wife of Mick (deceased) and a loving mother and mother-in-law to Bill & Bron, Claire & Roger, James & Jenn, Jennifer & Anthony, and Nigel & Angella. Carmel was also a cherished Gran to her 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Her memory will be lovingly held by her surviving sister, Doreen Button, and remembered as the loved sister of the late Harold Keane. Her departure leaves a void felt not only by her family but also by extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Carmel’s life will be celebrated with a Catholic Mass at St Mary’s Catholic Church in Young on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, starting at 11:00 am. Family, friends, and well-wishers are respectfully invited to attend and pay their respects.
As Carmel Price is laid to rest, may her soul find eternal peace. Her legacy lives on through the memories she created with her family, and the love and warmth she shared with everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
