It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden passing of Bernard Sinclair, fondly known as Bernie, aged 66 years, at his home in Fetterangus on Friday, 1st December 2023. A cherished father to Matina, a devoted Grandad to Rory, Odin, and Hazel, Bernie was not only a family man but also a dear Brother to Robert and George, a Brother-in-law, Uncle, and a friend and work colleague to many. His departure leaves a void that is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of Bernie’s rich and well-lived life will be held at Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead, West Chapel on Wednesday, 20th December, at 11:15 a.m. All friends are respectfully invited to attend this gathering where we will come together to honor and remember Bernie.
In keeping with Bernie’s preferences, the family kindly requests no flowers; however, if you wish to contribute, donations in lieu of flowers can be made on exit for the British Heart Foundation.
Bernie’s commitment to his community extended beyond his personal connections, and supporting a cause that aligns with his values is a fitting tribute to his memory.
As we come together to celebrate Bernie’s life, let us remember the warmth, kindness, and joy he brought to those around him. In these moments of reflection, may we find solace in the shared memories and the enduring impact he had on our lives.
The family appreciates the support and condolences received during this difficult time, and your presence at the celebration of Bernie’s life is a testament to the profound impact he had on the lives of many.
