Jacob Charles Riggs, born on June 10, 1992, has vanished from sight on March 23, 2021, in an unexpected turn of events. The complaint was received by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office at 1:17 p.m. on March 24, initiating a worrisome mystery that has left friends, relatives, and the community in quest of answers.
A family member said that Riggs was last seen on the evening of March 23 at Foster Lake, close to the Gedney Creek Boat Ramp. When a concerned bystander found Riggs’s things, including identification,
close to the lake’s side, the urgency of the issue increased. The Sweet Home Police Department received these goods right away, which begged the issue of what exactly went wrong when he vanished.
